Foggy Ridge Cider grows heirloom apples and makes traditional hard cider. Located 8 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway on a stunning 150 acre farm in southwest Virginia, Foggy Ridge Cider offers tastings, orchard tours, education about apples and cidermaking and special events. Foggy Ridge Cider offerings include Sweet Stayman Cider made with the famous Virginia Stayman apple, First Fruit Cider, from early apples including Virginia Crab, Graniwinkle and Harrison, and Serious Cider, a dry full bodied cider made with English cider apples. Open on Saturday and Sunday 11 to 5 May through October, or by appointment.
